I make recommendations to make your property sell faster or for a high price if appropriate including how to stage your home.

I will present my market report to you.

I will present my marketing strategy to you.

I will answer any questions you might have about my capablities and commitment

When an offer comes in I will thoroughly explain it to you and will discuss how best to negotiate with you.
